The breakfast was not satisfactory in either quality or condition, and the shower towel provided was very dirty and unhygienic. Our room was also very compact and uncomfortable, and there was no hot water for showering. With these issues, the stay wasn’t satisfactory. I’d ask the Travel Team to avoid booking this kind of hotel for future official stays, so basic comfort and hygiene standards are met.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the exhaust fan made such a loud noise it could scare you the whole time. The beds weren’t cleaned, the room cleaning was poor, and the doorbell didn’t work. There was a really strong bad smell in the room when I got access. I asked for it to be fixed, but nobody helped. The drinking water came in open bottles with refill water inside. At least tell us if drinking water is paid. I would have paid, even after putting down a huge amount for the stay. Wifi was buffering at 2 mbps. I could hardly last 7 hrs before leaving. I can’t understand how you guys have 4+ Ratings?

The staff were courteous and professional, and service was smooth throughout. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and elegantly designed, making for a relaxing stay. The ambience feels refined and luxurious, and dining is a highlight, with fresh, delicious food and premium quality and variety. JMC Hotel S Grande is a great mix of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone after an upscale, comfortable stay with good dining.

The other services were great, and the staff were polite. The location is very good, in a quiet spot. Rooms are very good and smell great, though the toilet needs a thorough cleaning.

Shobha Prajapati and vedika Sonkar deserve special thanks for all their help. The staff were lovely, well mannered, and gave great hospitality. The hotel is right in the center of indore, so everything is easy to reach.
