Deluxehotel Grand Vista

I was traveling with children and elderly family members, and the service was shamefully poor. The staff were rude, argued with me, and seemed not to care when I complained or said I’d write a review. The room itself was filthy and smelled bad: water dripped from the ceiling, there was fungus, and the bedsheets, pillow covers, switches, and cupboard were dirty. The bathroom was extremely dirty too. The bucket smelled of urine, and the cabinet was grimy. There was no air freshener. Don’t trust the pictures. Avoid booking here, or you may regret it like I did.

It’s close to the railway station, and the hotel could do good business if it were maintained properly. But it’s in a dirty area of Indore and hard to find in Pardesipura. There’s a lot that needs improvement.

The lift wasn’t working, and there was no support along the stairs to help older people get up easily. I was with my grandparents, and the staff were very rude to us. I’d stayed here six months earlier, when the staff were good, but things have changed. I’d told them we were checking in early and asked them to clean the room, but when we arrived, they were asleep and didn’t get up until we asked several times. The room they eventually gave us was very dirty, with dust and a cigarette packet inside. The bathroom was dirty too and had no bathroom appliances. When we asked them to clean it, they refused and said cleaning would only happen after 11. I suggest not booking a room here. The hotel should change the staff and get the lift working properly. 😡😡

There are hardly any places to stay in this area, so this is a decent option. The rooms are basic but have the amenities you need, and the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make things comfortable. Getting the lift working would make it easier for older people to stay here.
