Fabhotel Meera Palace

The breakfast was pathetic. I’m not sure whether this is Pishori inn or Meera palace: if it’s Pishori inn, I’d give it 5 stars, but if it’s Meera palace, only 3.

The owner was very rude, and this is one of the worst rooms I’ve seen. The taps didn’t work properly, the elevator was out, and we had to climb three floors. We were told there’d be hot water, free breakfast, and a mini refrigerator, but the fridge didn’t work and there was no hot water. The kitchen was permanently closed, and the owner said they don’t provide those kinds of amenities. My friends complained, and he snapped that we shouldn’t talk to him that way and that this was just his tone. The TV didn’t work either. Be aware when booking this property.

We booked breakfast, but the kitchen wasn’t available and the hotel didn’t provide it. The elevator was out, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and the TV didn’t work. We checked in at about 7:30 pm, but didn’t get the AC remote until 11:30 pm. The owner behaved very rudely. A very bad experience, please avoid staying here.

After a long trip with my parents, we arrived to find the owner saying there was no booking under my name and that the property was under construction, so they couldn’t give us a room. I booked through MakeMyTrip and contacted Fab Hotels customer care straight away, but they said they couldn’t help and told me to call MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip tried to reach the hotel, but the owner wouldn’t answer or speak with them. We waited almost two hours before they finally refunded us, leaving us stranded after travelling so far. Later the owner said he had a “big room” for my family, but wanted a much higher price. It felt like the hotel was running a scam.
