The online rating doesn't reflect what we experienced. My family and I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night, when the person at reception appeared drunk and acted arrogantly. There was no proper support available. Earlier, check-in had already taken over 1.5 hours because the receptionist kept us waiting with several other guests. Some people left, and her rude, unprofessional behavior made it worse. We'd booked breakfast and lunch in advance, but coordination was poor. We had to keep calling for basic help, and the room phone didn't work. Electricity kept cutting out, and the bathroom leaked. Housekeeping and room service seemed severely understaffed, with what looked like one person handling everything. It was uncomfortable to see him being scolded publicly. The hotel lacks basic management, professionalism, and customer service. I'd advise others to think carefully before booking.

The owner was very rude when my friends complained. He told them not to talk to him like that and said that was just his tone. Honestly, he made me feel like slapping him. The elevator wasn't working, so we had to climb three floors. We were told there'd be hot water, free breakfast, and a mini refrigerator, but the fridge didn't work, no hot water was provided, and the kitchen was permanently closed. The owner then said they don't provide those kinds of amenities. The taps didn't work properly, and the TV was broken too. I've never seen worse rooms or an owner like this. Be careful booking this property.

The rooms were stained, and the bedsheets were dirty when I visited recently. This seemed to be down to a lack of civic sense from people who stayed there, as well as staff not checking rooms before handing them to the next guests.
