The location is okay, though the view isn't the best. What made the stay unacceptable was the staff, especially the receptionist, who were very disruptive. They seemed high all the time. Food we hadn't ordered was brought to our room, and after we checked out, a staff member messaged accusing us of leaving without paying for it.
We booked two rooms, but the stay wasn't suitable for a family. The internet kept dropping and the TV didn't work. One bathroom had a transparent window, and the bedsheets were stained. There was no water until 8:30 am. The water heater's electrical setup felt unsafe, with no three-pin connector.
This hotel ruined my whole holiday. The rooms had no ventilation, and every request meant waiting an hour. Staff were busy smoking in the room instead of providing service. Vijender was especially bad, and the staff service was among the worst I've experienced. It felt like a scam. I'd have slept on the road rather than spend money here, and the place isn't worth a penny.
At HOTEL VANSH, the room hygiene was awful: the toilet was dirty, the bedsheets had already been used, and the place generally felt unclean. Staff were rude and unhelpful right from the start. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it.
The only real plus was the location. We came to Kasol with family and friends last weekend, and the service was poor. The reception man was rude, as were the boys, and they even told me to put the bedsheet on the mattress myself. The rooms cost far too much, especially since neither the rooms, bathrooms, nor bedsheets were clean.
