The bathroom was filthy, with a leaking jet spray and a dirty toilet. The room's AC also wasn't working properly. When I arrived, nobody was at reception, and the staff ignored me. The place looked completely different from the photos in the app. The service was third class, and the staff weren't cooperative or working together.

I arrived around 2:00 AM, but the staff were very helpful and supportive through check-in. Both check-in and checkout went smoothly, without any hassle. The room felt new, was clean and well kept, and made for a comfortable stay. The location is prime and convenient for getting around. I only missed having an in-house kitchen. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

They don't have a kitchen or breakfast service, so I had to eat outside even though my breakfast was included through ibibo. This isn't a 4 star hotel.
