The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen, AC, and fans were good. The building situation felt unsettling: 7 heaven is the only place operating on the seventh floor, while the other 16 floors are vacant. Other nearby buildings looked empty too, which made the view feel bleak. There are pigeons everywhere, making noise and leaving the parapets dirty. Towels were bad enough that we bought our own. Staff are hard to find. They clean during the day, but if you need anyone in the evening, nobody is around.

Terrible service and a horrible location. They overcharge for early check-in and don’t provide a bill when you book directly. They also seem to have an arrangement with local auto and cab drivers, who bring people to the hotel and get money from it. Please don’t book or walk in directly.

There’s no room service or other facilities, and the location is remote with nothing nearby. The staff are arrogant, and the GST bills are not provided consistently. They may ask for GST but still not give a GST bill, saying the computer isn’t working. Be careful if a cab or auto driver recommends this place early in the morning: they can charge the full amount for just 2-4 hours. I’d rather go for a cheaper OYO than book here.

The rooms were okay, but the staff were awful. The towels were dirty, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel staff really need to improve.
