The rooms are huge with plenty of space, and the staff were cooperative. But there was only one towel for three people, and when we asked for two more, they refused. The TV didn't work, and the geyser had no hot water. The staff did bring a bucket of hot water, but two of us still had to bathe in very cold water. I hope the hotel owner reads this and makes the needed changes.

It's easy to reach within the city, and the rate is okay, though on the high side. The rooms feel average and not especially comfortable, and the washroom isn't appealing. Service also falls short, with little initiative from the staff. There are no phone lines, so you have to go downstairs and ask for things yourself. The older building has no extra amenities, just a TV and chair in the room. It didn't feel appealing enough for a stay.

It's a peaceful spot in a beautiful location, though truck pollution from the ring road can be an issue sometimes. Lots of things are close by, including a wine shop, medical store, and pub. This is an affordable hotel near Bombay hospital ring road chhatrasal Square, with helpful staff and good, fresh, tasty meals.

Hotel Kanchan Palace is near Bombay Hospital Square and makes a good place to stay. There's no kitchen, but you can order meals, snacks, coffee, and tea. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are humble and very good.
