Pine Ridge Itanagar by Goroomgo

The food was a little pricey, but the stay itself was good value. We had no hassles, and they even gave us extra time to check out. Try for a room on the west side of the first floor if you can, the watchtower and sunset views are nice.

I paid 1200 for a single room, which felt expensive. I arrived in Itanagar early in the morning and had no real choice since this was the only hotel open. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the staff were cooperative. The room had useful amenities for the price, especially plenty of charging points, but it wasn't very clean and nobody cleaned it after I asked. It's a fair option if you need an early bus or sumo, since it's about a two-minute walk away. There are better and cheaper places in C sector.

The manager was friendly and helpful, and the place is handy for catching a bus or jeep in the morning. Just avoid the mouldy single room on the top floor, and ask for a double instead.

It's in the heart of the city, so this hotel can work for a night if you have no other option in Itanagar. Otherwise, I'd go to hotel 3D in Chandenagar, where it's affordable and the hospitality is excellent.
