The room was filthy and so uncomfortable that I bought my own pillow cover just to get through the night. I was there for a wedding, and the linen had burn marks from smoking. The bathroom had several broken, leaking fixtures. I asked the receptionist more than once about repairs or another room, and was even willing to pay extra, but they did nothing. This was far below what I expected. I hope they seriously improve the cleanliness and room maintenance.

I stayed four days and felt comfortable here. The rooms were cleaned properly, the food was tasty, and the service was good. You can get to the local market easily, and Wi-Fi is available 24 hours. Best place to stay in Jabalpur. 🤛🏻👌😋👍

Cockroaches were in the room, and when I told the staff, they said they show up no matter how much they clean. They also brushed off the problems by saying that's all you get for this price. The bed sheets and chairs were torn, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the AC wasn't working. When we asked staff to check it, he fiddled with the remote and promised to send a technician who never arrived. The advertised room size was 250 square feet, but the actual room seemed under 120. After a long argument they moved us, but the replacement was in much the same condition. The hotel was in a pathetic state. I don't know how it got such a high Google rating. Most of those ratings may be paid.
