OYO 29188 Hotel Sai Palace

The manager was polite and didn’t ask anything unusual. My room was clean, and the AC, TV, lights, and fans all worked. I had a nice stay and would suggest this hotel as a good place to stay.

The AC and fan worked fine, and the staff were helpful. But the room was in terrible shape. The bedsheet, pillowcase, blanket cover, bathroom, and mat outside it were all very dirty. The bathroom had broken taps and a dirty bucket. After I complained, they changed the bedsheet and removed the dirty blanket cover. There was no lock on the cupboard. I wouldn’t recommend staying until they seriously fix these issues.

If you can get a room for 300 a night, the AC in the one I had worked well, and there’s parking in front of the hotel. Still, there are plenty of other places nearby. The rooms smell and don’t seem to be cleaned regularly, and the same goes for the pillowcases, sheets, and blankets. Not a good choice for anyone with allergies. I had to ask six times before they brought the extra bed.

Requests were ignored, and when I raised problems they were brushed aside. The staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and management didn’t seem interested in fixing anything. The lack of hospitality made my stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless its customer service improves a lot.
