Playotel Inn Anmol Classic

Hotel Anmol Classic is in a very convenient spot, but my stay was disappointing and I wouldn't choose it again. We had two rooms on the second floor, and noise from people walking and running around on the third floor continued through the night. Loud voices in the corridor carried on late, too, with no real discipline. One bathroom had a very slow water flow, and the salad we ordered through room service seemed to have been cut long before it arrived. It was soft and not fresh. The poor management, maintenance, and quality control outweighed the good location.

The reception staff were really friendly during our one-night stay at Anmol Classic's Hotel Play Hotel, Jabalpur, but the rest of the service was a letdown. We had to call SIX TIMES from afternoon until night to get the extra bed we booked. There were no provisions in the room, and housekeeping was a big zero. We had a good experience hosting our farewell party here. The decoration matched exactly what we asked for, and the food was amazing. The staff were supportive, too. Thanks for the great service.

I paid the full amount for my three-day stay at Hotel Anmol Classic, Jabalpur, but the service was pathetic and the manager's conduct left a very negative impression. In the morning, I spoke with Mr. Ashish about the repeated problems. He raised his voice and shouted that he had already changed my room, even after I explained the problem had continued. I found his response rude, unprofessional, and against hospitality ethics. The room problems began on the first day. The washroom was very dirty, so I asked to move. The manager shifted me, but the next room also fell short of basic hospitality standards. The following morning, water had spread across the floor because the washroom was choked. I told the receptionist and was moved again, but the same thing happened the day after. These repeated issues forced me to check out earlier than planned. Such behaviour from a manager is intolerable.
