Brij Nest Suites, Jaipur

I really liked the food, and the hotel was great. My room was neatly arranged, with proper bedding and a comfortable bed. I had a lovely view from the window. The staff were well trained, provided everything I needed, and gave very good service.

Traveling alone with my 1.5-year-old made me nervous, since he isn’t an easy child, but Brij Nest turned the trip into a beautiful memory. From the first call, my worries began to ease. My train was due at 11:15 AM, so I asked about checking in early. They immediately said I could arrive before 12 and they’d have the room ready. Other places had said no, so that simple welcome brought me real comfort. The staff treated us like family and noticed what we needed without being asked. When I ordered tea, they brought my baby a chocolate. At breakfast, someone saw I was struggling to manage him and brought a soft toy to keep him busy, then gave it to him as a gift. Their warmth, patience, and thoughtful care made all the difference. We never had to wait or ask twice. They seemed to help because they wanted to, not because they had to. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and spacious. I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually bring my own sheets, towels, and slippers, but everything here felt perfectly clean, as if they understood exactly what I needed. There was a smart TV for my baby’s favorite shows, large windows with lovely views, and plenty of room for him to play. The bathtub was a blessing. He loved it, and seeing him happy made me happy too. I was scared to travel by myself with a toddler, but Brij Nest made it feel like staying in a home full of kind people. To the team, thank you for giving us comfort, peace, and unforgettable kindness. I’ll always be grateful.

The Library, the south Indian restaurant, was a highlight for us, and the calm garden setting made it easy to relax. What really mattered, though, was how thoughtfully Brij Nest looked after us while we were travelling with an infant. Our room had a comfortable crib, soft blankets, and baby-friendly toiletries ready when we arrived. The kitchen team happily made pureed meals and warmed bottles at any hour, and the staff were always kind and ready with helpful suggestions. Brij Nest felt like a home away from home.
