The room phone doesn't work, and the TV isn't working properly. I've asked several times to have the room cleaned, but it still hasn't happened. Neither the owner nor the staff has offered any help. Also, cigarettes have been left in my room for two days, since before I checked in, even though I don't smoke. Please check the pictures I uploaded.

Hotel Elegant had a lovely city view, and my room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was tasty, and there was a good choice of drinks. There's no pool or gym, but the charm and service made up for that. I'd recommend Hotel Elegant to anyone wanting a convenient, comfortable stay.

The attention to detail made my stay at Hotel Elegant feel special, from the welcome drink to the personal help from the concierge. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel was brand new when I stayed. Its modern, sleek lobby and decor made a strong first impression. Facilities included a fitness center, rooftop pool with great views, and a restaurant with delicious, creative food. I'd highly recommend the Serene Oasis hotel for a luxurious stay, and I can't wait to return. - Modern, luxurious decor - Attentive, friendly staff - Great facilities - Careful service focused on guests
