We felt very welcome, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and respectful, especially Balweerji, Govind ji and Hemant ji. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay, and we’re looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great time here with our group of friends. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The AC had a minor cooling issue, but everything else was perfect. We’d recommend the place.

For ₹2500 a day with no breakfast, I expected a clean room and proper toiletries, but neither was provided. The rooms are very outdated, and the bathroom was especially dirty, with broken taps. You can only shower in the bathtub, which was old and dirty. The mattress was uneven too. The TV started working after room service came, but the recharge ran out the next day and they ended up replacing the set-top box. The fridge didn’t work.

Spent some valuable time here. There’s a lot of competition in this city, so they need to improve room service and have smarter staff.

The food was tasty and room service was good. The restaurant’s unusual, nostalgic feel is a unique part of the experience. Housekeeping from hemant ,balbir g , govind , tushar , pawen and the rest of the staff was good too. sawar at the front desk is a nice spokesperson.
