Breakfast in the dining room with the other guests was a lovely way to start the day, and evenings on the roof terrace meant watching 100s of kites fly. The owners are wonderful, and it was great value for money. This isn’t an upmarket 'boutique,' haveli. It’s a working haveli in the old town, with everyday life happening inside and all around it. A truly memorable stay, and we’d definitely come back.

The traditional Rajasthani setting and cultural feel make Doongri Haveli enjoyable, especially for someone visiting for the first time. The heritage ambience is lovely. Food was good, though a few dishes could be better for the price, and service was decent.
