At Hotel Deep Place, my requests were handled right away, and room service brought the food promptly with a lovely presentation. The common areas and room were spotless, even down to small details. Staff were warm and professional, always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay feel memorable and luxurious. I highly recommend it for a Jaipur visit and will definitely return.

After I booked on Oyo, I arrived to find that the location was for this hotel while another hotel had been listed there. They said they had no booking for me, then asked for more money. This is a scam, and I wouldn't recommend going.

The team were welcoming from the moment I arrived, and their courteous, attentive manner made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. They seemed well trained and genuinely willing to help with every need. I was impressed by the staff's professionalism and behavior throughout.

The rooms were decent, but the service was awful. There was no hotel sign, so it was hard to find. Even with a booking, we were kept waiting for an hour at midnight while the receptionist, who was drunk, argued with us. We had nowhere else to go at that hour, so we stayed. The receptionist stayed rude and spoke in a threatening tone until the end. Beware of the fake five-star reviews.
