Holiday Heaven Resort By OYO Rooms

We chose this resort for one night with family because of the garden photos, but the stay was frustrating. It took 25 minutes for someone to open the door, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Our room was dirty, there were no towels so we used our own, and the AC remote didn’t work. We were tired and just wanted to sleep, but felt they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The breakfast in the garden was awful, and the garden seemed to be used for something else. There’s no 24h front desk.

The greenery around the place and the garden view were lovely, and the compound has a well-equipped parking area. Rooms are spacious and fully air conditioned, with responsive room service. It’s a great place for families and loved ones, and works well for a small family gathering or party.

The photos and good reviews gave me a different impression from what I found in person. The walls were falling apart, the tap didn’t work, the rooms were dirty and smelly, and there wasn’t proper hot water. Loud music played outside late at night, and the workers didn’t understand what I wanted. I also suspect some of the very positive reviews were written by their own people. Don’t book based just on the pictures and reviews. I moved to another, better hotel, but this spoiled my vacation and my mood. Now my kids don’t want to come to Jaipur again, and I don’t trust OYO hotels anymore. This isn’t Holiday Heaven. It should be called Holiday in Hell.

The room service was average, and footsteps kept disturbing us through the night. The rooms don’t look like the photos. The receptionist was rude and lazy, and they don’t know how to treat guests. Not good at all, it should be Holiday Hell. Never book this hotel.
