Hotel De Nada

For travelers wanting comfort alongside luxury in Jaipur, Hotel De Nada Luxury Stay is an excellent choice, and I'd highly recommend it. The property has a calm, upscale feel, with thoughtful design that brings modern elegance together with comfort. Rooms are well appointed, kept impeccably, and have the essential amenities for an easy stay. Service is courteous and attentive, with a clear focus on guest satisfaction. It offers a premium experience that still feels warm.

The room was spotless, check-in went smoothly, and the promised amenities were all there. The staff did more than expected to make the stay pleasant. Excellent hospitality and service, and I'd definitely stay here again.

I would have given it zero stars if that had been an option. The rooms weren't clean, and in the summer hot water kept running in the bathroom for almost an hour. The AC barely cooled, and there wasn't a fan in the room. They eventually brought only a small portable fan. Service was extremely poor, and the hotel is completely overpriced. Even with a discount, we paid around ₹2500-₹3000, though this place isn't worth ₹500. The stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth what they charged.

I stayed at HOTEL DE NADA, Malviya Nagar for 3 days, from 15-18 Jan 2026. This was an extremely distressing stay at what I consider the worst hotel in Jaipur. The hotel was filthy, including the floors, rooms, and bathroom, and it still wasn't cleaned after repeated reminders. There was no water in the bathroom. I stood under the shower for 45 minutes while my friend called repeatedly, but they still couldn't send a bucket of water or bottles. They suggested using the staff bathroom in an emergency. Nobody seemed concerned or took action. The night manager Mukesh just strolled around and didn't answer calls at reception. Other residents faced the same problem, and after hours without a solution, people went to friends' hotels to bathe or use the bathroom. At check-in, receptionist Deepika was on a personal call and didn't even acknowledge me. Mukesh and another person, Deepak, first refused to give the owner's name, saying they were new, then said they'd worked there for 4 years. We eventually got the name Priyanka Sharma during a call with Deepika, apparently in the USA. I'm not sure that was the real name, since Google says Gajendra Sharma. At checkout, we waited 30 minutes for someone to bring our luggage from the 1st floor. Despite repeated reminders, we were told someone was already in the room. The hotel was extremely noisy, so we couldn't sleep for 3 nights. Residents were lied to, made fools of, and given stories at every turn. It's a small hotel, maybe 10 rooms, and seems to operate on paid reviews. The rate was a bomb per day, and should have been 1/3rd of what they charged. It's not worth even a 1-star rating, despite presenting itself as a Luxury 3 star stay. Be aware and spread the word so places like this can't fleece people. The food was extremely spicy, like street food.
