Hotel Las Vegas

We arrived on 19 May 2026 expecting a proper three-star stay, but the room we were given was below even budget hotel standards. The service was poor and disappointing throughout. They charged ₹130 for a cup of tea and ₹120 for a bottle of water without telling us the prices beforehand, as though this were a luxury hotel like Taj. The staff seemed unprofessional, and the whole stay was unsatisfactory. It wasn't worth the money.

Abhishek ji deserves a special thanks for his support, courteous behaviour, and hospitality. He made the stay smoother and more pleasant. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and quick to help. I had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. 👌✨

Breakfast was the same stale aloo paratha and one other random dish each day, with no variety or quality. Drinking water wasn't kept in the room either, and we had to ask for it repeatedly. The smells were awful throughout: the rooms, bathrooms, towels, and bedsheets all stank. The receptionist was rigid, extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, acting as if asking for basic service were a crime. Even calling the hotel felt like a mistake. I can't recommend this place to anyone. Staying here would waste your money, time, and peace of mind, so avoid it if you're in Jaipur. It was the worst, most third-class place I've ever stayed. It almost seemed like the owner had trained the staff to insult and harass guests whenever they asked for basic facilities.

The room felt uncomfortable, and the lights weren't working properly. The bedsheet was stained and in terrible shape, like something from a very low-quality budget stay. I told the reception staff, but the atmosphere still felt strange and negative to me, almost as if the place were haunted. Two acquaintances who visited also felt uneasy. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. It wasn't clean or pleasant.
