OYO 9596 Hotel Radha Nikunj Residency

The staff and receptionist were extremely rude, and the whole place felt unwelcoming. I travel all over the country, and this has been the worst property I’ve stayed in. The AC never worked, and even after asking around eight times, they still didn’t provide towels. There was no electricity in the washroom. At arrival they demanded more than the price shown on online apps, insisted on full advance payment, and refused to give a bill. I only stayed because I urgently needed somewhere in the Rajasthan March heat with an exam just hours away. Please don’t be fooled by the online ratings.

A decent budget hotel overall. The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures, like at other OYO hotels, but they were clean and room service was decent. The view is good, and with two big parks nearby it’s a cool place to hang out. There isn’t much traffic, so noise shouldn’t be a problem.

On checkout day, with checkout at noon, the receptionist started calling us every two minutes right at 12 to ask if we’d left the room. We said we needed another ten minutes, but she told us we had only five minutes to get to reception and hand over the key. Her service was appalling.

One of my worst stays so far. The hotel team didn’t know how to deal with customers, and the service was awful. Our food arrived very late, and they gave us tap water instead of mineral water. They also charged 800 bucks for a small cigarette burn on the bedsheet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
