We spent two days here with the family and had a comfortable, memorable stay. The fort is very close, which made sightseeing easy, and the rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of it. The food there was absolutely yummy. The owner is humble, kind, and always helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. Good value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The terrace has amazing viewpoints over the golden city, especially around sunrise and sunset. Pol Haveli also has a lovely homely feel, with an authentic Rajasthani atmosphere. Service was excellent, and the staff were super friendly, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. A comfortable stay with plenty of local charm.

I was here with friends, and the place felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. After a long day exploring Jaisalmer, the peaceful atmosphere was especially nice. Our stay at Hotel Pol Haveli was relaxed and hassle-free, with clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms and polite, helpful staff. I'd recommend it for a comfortable, memorable visit with friends.

Manu was so helpful. They picked us up from the bus drop-off and took us back at 5:30 am. The room was comfortable, and the open sitting area with food and a bar was wonderfully relaxed. They also run a short desert tour with a camel ride, freshly cooked food, and time to watch sunset and the stars come out. Arjun was an excellent driver, and Santos made us a great meal and looked after us even though we got back late. Can't recommend this place enough.

Manu and the team were thoughtful and kind, and even picked us up from the station at short notice after another hotel let us down at the last minute. That hospitality was the best part. The Pol Haveli itself is exceptionally clean, with hot water, comfortable beds, and calm, friendly staff. It's built in lovely golden sandstone, with rajastani textiles and carvings throughout. The shaded, airy cafe has stunning fort views, and the freshly cooked food was excellent. Many thanks to Manu and the team!
