Guman bhaiya deserves a special thank you for helping us with our jasalmer trip. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the staff gave excellent service. Our stay was amazing from start to finish, with a well-maintained hotel and spacious, clean rooms. Truly good value for money.

The rooftop views and delicious food were definite highlights of our stay at Hotel The Silk Route in Jaisalmer. It has a charming traditional feel but was also comfortable and well kept. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. A wonderful place, and I’d gladly return!

We were a group of 4 and booked 2 rooms in Nov-'25. The private car parking has a gate, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms and washroom were fine, average for our budget, and the food was okay. I’d suggest including meals with your booking. The Fort looks mesmerizing at night. Keep in mind that bookings may vary depending on tourist seasons. I’d give it 8-10.

The staff, especially the manager, were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in Jaisalmer City, and you can see Jaisalmer Fort from there. The rooms were very clean and neat, and it was a very good experience, especially for a family stay. There’s also a great cafe named 'cafe kaku' right next to the hotel.

The chai was a lovely touch, and the receptionist was especially friendly and helpful. Hotel The Silk Route is well kept, with accommodating staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away.
