When I tried to cancel, I was told the money wouldn’t be refunded, so I’ve lost it. I booked a room at ambay guest house today, but when the guest arrived in the middle of the night, a drunk man refused to give them a room and claimed there was no booking under their name. He also wouldn’t let them speak to the person in charge. The service was very poor. Don’t book a room on oyo.

Just a two-minute walk from Jalandhar Railway Station, this guest house has clean rooms with attached bathrooms. There are budget options for a short stay, plus a few mid-range rooms.

There’s no lift, and the room is small. I didn’t get a towel or the oyo toiletries kit, and the linen had marks on it. If you arrive late, expect to ring the bell several times. On the plus side, it’s a budget room with AC, a TV, hot water, and breakfast available, close to the railway station. Overall, it was good. Thanks, oyo. oyo is there to listen if you have a complaint.

The rooms at Ambay gueat house were clean and comfortable. The food was healthy too. Highly recommended.

The blankets and beds were dirty, and the balcony area wasn’t clean either. The rooms and bathrooms were very poor and unhygienic, and even basic things weren’t working.
