The rooms were good and the view was okay, but breakfast was identical both days: prantha, idli, vada and egg. The towels felt synthetic and weren't good. We also spent more than 10-15 minutes waiting for the lift each day because it would go down to -2 and stay there. We told the guard and manager, but nothing was fixed for two days, and after that we don't know what happened. Staff seemed lost, and we had to call again and again for the same things. We're regular visitors and have a house in Jalandhar, but we stay here to relax. This time we were really unhappy, and the hotel's quality seems to be slipping. Please work on the breakfast.

We booked in a hurry and were relieved to get a room, but after we'd paid, they refused to give us one. The staff wouldn't cooperate, kept disagreeing with us, and insisted we leave. A terrible experience. This management gets zero from me for commitment and cooperation.

There was no ventilation in the rooms, and the bathroom exhaust fans didn't work. The rooms smelled, the staff didn't seem to care, and the parking area was so dusty it was hard to breathe. A bad experience.

The rooms were awful. I'd rather sleep on the road or at a railway platform than stay here. Never again.
