Park Inn By Radisson Jalandhar

The food is good, but there's hardly room to move around, and the same cramped feeling applies to the elevators. The lobby barely feels like one, and it can feel claustrophobic, as can other areas. Parking is very limited, so I was worried the vehicle might get scratched before we even got inside. The old wooden furniture in the rooms creaks whenever you use it. The halls and restaurant look old, but not antique. I could put up with all that, but the service is horribly bad, and that's no exception. Ask for something in your room and getting it feels like a lucky day. Happy staying.

The staff were professional and helpful, and the in-room dining had delicious options. My room was clean, bright, and had a well-kept bathroom with the necessary toiletries. Having an iron and ironing board was handy. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I stayed for three nights in February 2026 while wedding shopping in the Jalandhar area. It's about 3 km from the market, with several ATMs and McD within walking distance. I'd suggest using Rapido instead of Uber. The building looked new and modern, I think it was built in 2024, and the facilities were top notch. The hotel was very clean, the staff were great, the food was good, and check-in and checkout were fast. I'll definitely be back soon.

Sejal and Gurdeep were cheerful and pleasant, and made us feel welcome as soon as we checked in. After arriving from the UK, I had a wonderful stay at the park inn in Jalandhar. The amenities were great and the room was clean.
