The curtains, sheets, towels, and toilet weren't clean, and the windows didn't lock properly. Staff behavior was poor. I waited 50 minutes for tea, then called the canteen guy, who seemed drunk. He said, “Don't you have any sense? It takes time to make tea.” The counter staff weren't behaving properly either. I come from Pune every month and usually pay 1800. This time it was 1700 in cash, but my online payment wasn't working, so I said I'd pay the remaining 100 later. He told me, “If you want it, take it, otherwise get out of here.” This happened recently, on 16 January.

They don't allow couples and directly cancel the booking.

The owner is a good person, but the staff talked very unprofessionally and didn't respond properly. I had to change rooms three times, and none of the beds were clean. It was a total waste of money. I think the staff are making a fool of the owner by taking extra money when he's absent. Owner, be careful, especially check the CCTV to see what your staff are actually doing.
