Mr. Chandan Das was especially polite, professional, and courteous, and his helpful attitude made our stay more comfortable. Room service was quick and excellent. The hotel’s service overall is outstanding. Keep up the good work!

Service and attitude fell off sharply once check-in was over. Staff were polite then and asked for a five-star rating, but during the stay responses were slow, hospitality was poor, and our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Being pleasant at check-in doesn’t make for a good hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was great, and the hotel had a nice, homely feel. I’d come back.

Good value for the price, and the breakfast was good too. Staff were pleasant, and the manager was very helpful. All in all, a good stay.
