The common areas were just as neglected as the rooms, with overflowing bins and dust on every surface. In my room, there was a powerful smell of dirt and neglect, and the linens looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The bathroom was disgusting, with hair and grime everywhere, a toilet that didn't look scrubbed in ages, mold in the shower corners, and towels more fit for cleaning than for guests. My stay at Rajdhani Hotel was a nightmare from beginning to end. It seemed like nobody was doing even basic cleaning. Unless you can tolerate filth and bad smells, I'd advise finding somewhere else.

Our group was stranded in Jammu at 3 AM after a landslide made us miss our train. Hotel Rajdhani was the only hotel open, but getting two rooms took a long time. The room we finally got smelled of garbage and was filthy, with dirty floors and bedding. One person in our group fell ill. When we complained, staff brushed us off and said we could leave if we weren't happy. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

For the price, it's okay if you want an economical place without a kitchen. If your priorities are different, you'll need to look elsewhere.
