The food was good, and service came on time. Fayaz and mangu were very nice and made me feel at home. koul sahib was a responsible, good manager. I'd recommend this hotel to people in any working sector, especially Pharma.
Parking is a problem, and the hotel is a little way inside the market. KC residency hotel and Shah multispeciality clinic are nearby. The rooms are small but tidy, and the service is good, especially from Mangu Bhai.
The food is up to the mark, and the environment is really good. I liked the place a lot and felt just like I was at home.
The staff are good and cooperative, but the rooms are quite small. The lift wasn't working when I was there, so don't plan to stay here if you have heavy luggage.
The staff and room were very good, but I had no way to talk to the manager. The manager doesn't know how to treat customers.
