The way the staff treated me made my stay at your Jamnagar hotel disappointing. I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with Mr. Pratik at the front desk, whose manner came across as rude and unhelpful. I feel this points to shortcomings in management. With better training and management, the team could make guests feel more welcome and supported. I hope my feedback leads to improvements.

I waited more than 30 minutes for drinks even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. When the food eventually came, it was cold and had very little flavor. I politely told the server, but they didn't seem interested or suggest a fix. The whole visit was frustrating, and I don't expect to return or recommend the place unless things improve significantly.

The rooms and ambience were nice, and the kitchen was good too. Nice hotel 👍

The washroom doors wouldn't close, and the washrooms weren't maintained. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and had no upkeep at all. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I'd give it a negative rating.

The staff weren't very cooperative and kept delaying even simple things. The girl at reception was really annoying and didn't seem to have time to help customers.
