B.S. Park Plaza (Jamshedpur), also called BS Plaza Hotel JSR, is a 3-star budget hotel in Bistupur, Jamshedpur. It has a good location and decent rooms, and the staff are helpful, though cleanliness and maintenance issues have sometimes been reported. It's suited to budget stays, business trips, or a short stay in the city center. The hotel is on Main Road near Ram Mandir, in a central, upscale area with shopping and offices nearby. It has around 30-35 rooms, with AC, TV, WiFi, and attached bathrooms. Business travelers can use a conference hall. Facilities include a restaurant or food service, room service, usually included free breakfast, and a banquet hall for events or meetings. There's parking, security, and an ATM nearby. Prices are approximately ₹2,500-₹3,500 per night, depending on room type and booking.

The location is excellent and the complimentary breakfast was okay. The property itself looked good, but it wasn't maintained well. Some tiles were coming off, and the flush sent excess water out of the commode every time.

You get to share the place with rats, which is a unique experience. When it rains outside, it rains inside too. The heater breaks every two days, and each day there's another component needing repair. The lift has no sensors and opens and closes as it likes. They charge 10 rupees for a sheet of paper, so you can guess the level of hospitality. Breakfast? Sorry, only puri is complimentary; the chef doesn't know any other dish. If you still want to stay here, good luck, bud!

The location is prime and easy to reach, yet the stay is affordable. My Goibibo booking had a smooth check-in, and the spacious rooms were very neat and clean, with simple amenities and clean towels. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. I was craving Chinese, and the chef made it exactly how I wanted. Breakfast is served on the top floor; it was okay, with a good enough spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Service from the staff was very good. They were spontaneous and kind. It's a good option for staying in Jamshedpur. Thanks for the service!

The location is good, right in the main market, but the food is costly, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The rooms aren't great: the lamps are old, and the TV wasn't working properly when I checked in. The beds are fine, and the bathroom was clean. Hot water wasn't very hot.
