OYO 65070 The Orchid

The map location on Google is wrong too. We stayed one night, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bed sheet was dirty when we arrived; I called right away to have it changed, but all the sheets were dirty. Cleanliness was zero. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I don't recommend it.

The rooms aren't worth the tariff, and the service from the hotel staff was the worst. When I got there to check in, the receptionist demanded 500 extra for the stay. I negotiated, and he finally agreed to let me stay only for a few hours. There was a foul smell from the linen and wardrobe, and water was leaking in the washroom. If you're visiting Jamshedpur, book somewhere else through another app. Never rely on OYO or book this hotel, or you'll regret it, mark my words.

I travel to Jamshedpur often and pick this hotel every time. The staff are good, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, neat, and clean. I've seen negative reviews about room booking, and you may run into issues if you book online. I book directly and have never had any problems. The rooms are of a good standard.

We lost our son's silver kada in the room, but when we asked about it, they completely denied finding it and didn't return it. We spent just one day there, leaving at 7:40 am the next morning. Around 10, we called reception to ask about the kada we'd left behind, and they denied it. We know who's lying. Pathetic service. Also, even though we booked through oyo, they showed us a different room and said they don't give that room to oyo guests. They charge 1600 for that room.
