Oyo Flagship 30922 Hotel Aditya Inn

After I booked through Oyo, the owner still asked for an extra charge. He was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. The cleanliness was bad too: the bedsheets and blankets were unclean, and cockroaches were crawling around. I don’t know why online sites promote hotels this bad.

For the tariff we paid, it didn’t meet the standard we expected.

The receptionist behaved very badly, and there was no towel, soap, chair, or anything else provided. The room was so dirty I couldn’t use it. After I complained, they brought something even dirtier. It was a waste of money, and I’d give it a negative star.

I paid in full through Oyo, but the hotelier still forced me to pay another ₹500. Even after several requests, I wasn’t given a receipt, and the staff treated me badly. I stayed one night and no one even asked if I needed drinking water or offered help carrying my luggage to the 3rd floor. There wasn’t a chair or stool in the room, though it was reasonably clean. The way they deal with customers is awful.
