The staff were rude and unprofessional, and nobody was willing to own the mistake or even apologize when I raised the issue. The food was awful in taste and quality, and nowhere near worth what they charged. With prices so high, neither the food nor service felt remotely premium. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

After I ordered, all I got was corn pepper salt, and that took 30-40 minutes. More than an hour later, the main order still hadn’t arrived. I spoke to staff but got no proper response. The food was average, and the service was far too slow and unsatisfactory. Very disappointing.

Hill Top resort is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, with panoramic views of rolling hills and lush greenery. Our stay was an absolute delight from the start.

We found the interior old and musty, with a lot of dust as soon as we walked in. After we sat down and ordered, half the menu items turned out to be unavailable. Then our food took over an hour, and the service was really bad.

The service was really good, and they even extended the time. Rooms are available, and they’re currently expanding for a swimming pool too. The restaurant stays open until 12 p.m.
