The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and the hotel was overpriced for the service and cleanliness. Rooms were dusty and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly, with cleanliness overall extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, hassle-free stay. There are much better options in the area.

The staff and management were friendly. Very good.

My experience was just okay, neither good nor bad, and I wouldn’t expect too much quality service here. The staff were polite, though, and it’s in a pretty good location, easy to reach from anywhere in the city. You can find what you need nearby, including some good restaurants with good food. A few problems: there was no car parking, so you have to leave your car in an open field beside the hotel. The rooms and gallery weren’t very spacious, and there were so many lizards in my room, which was annoying 😐

Be ready for traffic noise rocking you all night, since it’s right beside a heavily used highway. There is parking space nearby, but no lift. This is a budget hotel, more like a lodge, with gloomy rooms, unhygienic washrooms and no hot water. The room phones don’t work, and reception asks you to call on their mobile, but cellular coverage is low, so service is slooooow. The TV only has a few channels, mostly local ones. There’s almost no charging point, you have to unplug the TV to charge your phone. I didn’t order food, so can’t comment on that.
