Water kept dripping through the ceiling light, as shown in the room ceiling photo I uploaded. The water ran very slowly, the geysers didn't work, and in winter my guests, including elderly people and a 2-year-old child, had to bathe in cold water. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty when we arrived, and there was no drinking water in the rooms. I brought a group here and the service was a nightmare. We asked for help 5-6 times from the morning, but the staff ignored us until it was too late and kept making excuses. They took no responsibility for the mistakes. A complete waste of money. I'd stay somewhere else if you care about your money and peace of mind.

The lift didn't work, and when the power went out in the middle of the night, no one answered the landline or mobile. I was stuck in a pitch-dark, suffocating corridor just 3ft wide. The bathroom was super dirty, the pillows were dirty, and the AC didn't work. There wasn't even an AC remote.

Rooms are well spaced and reasonably priced, and the staff were cooperative. The hotel is good. You can walk in and book a room directly without reserving ahead.

The hotel's location is a real plus, and it handled every part of my stay with care. The food was delicious, the amenities spotless, and service from check-in onward was impeccable. Management and staff seemed to know how to meet guests' needs. Whether you want a comfortable room, a good meal, or a memorable stay, it delivers. I'd recommend it to anyone after a top-notch experience. 5/5 stars.
