The room was bright and spacious, with a comfortable attached bathroom. The family's building has a nice terrace where you can have breakfast if you ask. The hosts are gentle, very friendly, and always happy to offer suggestions or arrange tuk tuk transfers to and from the homestay. It’s a convenient balance of room space and nightly rate. A few useful extras would help: shower gel or shampoo, a bathroom trash bin (there's only one in the bedroom), and hangers, since the closet has nowhere to hang jackets, shirts, or pants. Recommended.

The neighborhood was a nice change from the tourist areas, but Clocktower is still only a 10-15 minute walk away. I loved my stay at Aashiq’s homestay. My room was large, clean, private, and beautifully decorated. On arrival, I was treated to a lovely mutton curry and got to meet his lovely family. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return. Warm regards, Aashiq. Stephen

The staff were amazing and quick to respond, and the stay was very good overall. Blue Haveli has just 2 rooms. Our room was big and much cleaner than other Indian accommodations we have stayed in, and it felt like good value for money. The internet was good, though hot water was limited. The location is central, even if the access is down a hidden, dumpy road.

The host and his family were humble, welcoming, and really nice. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful, and the rooftop view was spectacular. We definitely recommend staying here.

The room was lovely and spacious, and the price was very affordable. The family made us feel at home and helped with all our questions and needs. They even sent a car to pick us up from the train station for free. Highly recommend!
