The staff were cooperative, and Mr. Suraj was especially friendly and helped a lot. The hotel is clean and luxurious, and really close to the ghat. We recommend staying here and enjoying your visit.

Mr. Suraj was very friendly and supportive, and all the staff were polite and ready to help. The hotel is in a prime location. We recommend it for enjoying your holiday.

The staff were generally cooperative, though a few seemed more focused on keeping things running than on guest service. Some staff members were helpful. Service overall fell a little short: the rooms are small, water requests took about 10 minutes, and the hotel had no tea or similar refreshments. There were occasional power problems, and the AC sometimes switched off at night. Only one 1-litre water bottle was complimentary. We’d called the day before arriving around 11 AM to ask about early check-in and were told it could be arranged. On arrival, though, we were asked to return at 12 PM, then again at 12:30 PM. We finally got the room key around 1:25 PM, after another 10-minute wait. The lift also wasn’t working in the morning, so we had to take our heavy luggage down the stairs.

The location is good, but the hotel is in a narrow galli and vehicles can’t reach it. Service was very poor. The telephone was dead, there was no service boy or restaurant, and the AC power was controlled from reception, so they decided when we could use it. I won’t come back.
