Prism- A Boutique Hotel

There’s a good range of veg and non-veg dishes at the in-house restaurant, and the rooftop lounge is a nice spot for celebrations. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities. The hotel sits in a prime part of the city, and Saikias runs it with a professional, courteous team. They also offer good discounts for corporate bookings. A nice place to stay, eat, or celebrate.

I found Prism hotel reasonably satisfying, and it may be a preferred option in this part of Assam since Jorhat doesn’t have much choice. My executive suite had plenty of room, a king bed, coffee table, two sofa chairs and a couch, plus a desk chair and space to work on a laptop. We ate at Red Panda Bistro on the third floor. The taste and service were fine, nothing to complain about. The breakfast spread was okay, though it could be improved. Possibly one of the best hotels in Jorhat town.

The staff are professional and polite, and they listen to what customers ask for. Sometimes they even go a little further to make people happy. The food has been consistently tasty, with good choices whether you want veg or non-veg.

On 12 December 25, I had a disappointing meal here. The staff seemed uninterested, and service took far too long. I raised my concerns but management didn’t give a proper response. For me, the time and money weren’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend the place.
