At 12:40 am on Feb 6, I ordered a medium mixed mandi for 816 rupees. I asked whether it would be enough for two, and the staff said yes and that it would take 20 minutes. When it arrived on a large plate, I asked if the order was right because I was confused. They said it was a printing mistake, but I didn't understand the explanation. We ate only a little, then asked them to pack the rest and bring the bill. The bill listed the mandi as a full portion costing 1249, though they corrected it when I questioned the amount. Then they took back the parcel they'd handed me, saying they needed to remove the excess mandi and give us an amount matching what I'd paid. I refused the parcel and didn't take it. I want to know what they'll do with the mandi they took back and who they'll serve it to. I'm writing this so nobody else faces the same issue.

The raju gari pot biryani wasn't worth the price. It seemed like biryani rice mixed with a few fried chicken pieces, packed into pots without being cooked in them. Really not good.

The hotel had a peaceful feel, and the restaurant food was tasty and fairly priced. My room was clean, had the basic amenities, and housekeeping kept it in good shape each day. Staff were courteous and quick to respond when I needed something. Check-in was smooth and fast. I had a satisfying stay and would gladly come back, including with family.

After ordering Chicken Lollipops from Venkey Residency through an online delivery platform, I got severe food poisoning shortly after eating. The chicken tasted disgusting and seemed off. The taste and quality were terrible, and it seemed like it may have been old, stored badly, or undercooked. It’s very disappointing to see what looks like a lack of basic hygiene and food safety.
