The rooms were spacious, clean, and well looked after, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, well-organized choices. Chef Vishnu deserves a special mention for the tasty food and care with quality. Margi, Masim, M. Vishnu, Nibeditha, Ms. Soumya, Anasooya, Bijo, Jubin, and Effronn were warm, attentive, and always smiling. Their hospitality really added to our stay. We also found the front desk professional and welcoming, with a quick, easy check-in that made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The hotel is a little away from the main parts of the city, but that works very well if you’re visiting the Infopark business center. It’s a convenient choice for business travelers. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay and would gladly return.

The staff and rooms were nice, but the corridors smelled because of the dirty carpet. I was there in December and ran into the same problem then too. The carpet wasn’t clean, so they need to remove it or deep clean it. In the restaurant, the music was so loud that conversation was difficult, and the section where I sat was warm. I told the staff, but nothing changed.

The pool and other facilities were well kept, and it was a nice place to unwind, especially on a stay of more than a day. The rooms were quiet, clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, working amenities, and good housekeeping. After a long day, it felt relaxed. The staff were courteous and helpful from check-in through check-out, handled requests promptly, and made the hotel feel welcoming. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good selection of Indian and continental food that tasted fresh. The restaurant staff were attentive without hovering. If you’re working around Infopark, the location is ideal. It’s away from central Kochi, which also means less traffic and noise, something some people may like. A comfortable stay with dependable facilities and good service. I’d happily return, and especially recommend it to business travelers or anyone visiting Infopark.

It made the atmosphere warm and romantic, and the thoughtful details helped us feel welcomed and valued. The team clearly put in extra effort to make the day memorable. Chef Vishak deserves special thanks for preparing food for our infant with so much care. He made sure it was fresh, hygienic, nutritious, and suited to our baby’s needs. The taste, texture, and presentation showed real skill and thoughtfulness. He also accommodated our specific requests and checked on us, which made us much more comfortable as parents. The three staff members who helped us throughout were courteous, prompt, and always smiling. Their service made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the team made the visit feel special and unforgettable. We left Valentine’s Day happy and grateful, with lovely memories. We’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for thoughtful gestures and memorable service, and hope to visit again soon.
