The location is the main draw, close to Kakkanad and Infopark, which makes it convenient for business travelers or anyone visiting the tech hub. The front desk and management were supportive and responsive, and their professional, helpful attitude added a lot to the stay. The rooms were decent and fairly comfortable. Cleanliness was a little lacking, though it was tolerable for a short stay and not a major issue.

The service was very, very bad. The rooms and toilets were dirty, toilet doors wouldn’t lock, and there was no housekeeping to clean. The staff were rude and disrespectful too. The AC was under maintenance despite these being AC rooms. There were lots of mosquitoes and bad smells. Menyesal wei…

For a one-night booking, it was just an average stay. The bathroom needed a better clean, and the bedspread had stains on it.

We found the room service very poor, and when we raised a concern, the manager threatened us. The staff came across as so arrogant that it made us feel like hitting them. A very pathetic stay.

There was no housekeeping, and when we asked for water, they said there wasn't any. The staff were very rude, especially the manager, who treated my friend's girlfriend very badly. Once they had our money, they didn't seem to care about us. It felt unsafe for women. Worst hotel ever.
