We chose this place because it’s near the bus station and good value. Annan was a big help the next day: he contacted the bus service, helped us locate our stop, and let us leave our bags while we waited. I’d recommend staying here.

The location was convenient, and we had a comfortable, clean room. The staff were polite and helpful too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

We needed a place close to the bus station, and this was great value. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Annan went out of his way to assist us, including with the next part of our journey. I’d highly recommend it.

The food tasted excellent and was inexpensive, and the team were friendly, supportive, and behaved very well. The service was good throughout. The room size and bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, though.

The Connect Inn Hotel was a major disappointment because of the reception staff. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, acting more like the boss than someone there to help. There also wasn’t proper reception coverage at night, which I found unacceptable. Despite the family-friendly claim, I wouldn’t consider this suitable for families or children. There are more reliable choices nearby, and I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
