We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived at night with family, the gate was locked and the staff wouldn’t open it. The person inside only gave us a phone number and told us to call customer care instead of helping. We were left stranded outside. There was no concern or accountability at all. Completely unacceptable, and one of the most irresponsible places I’ve dealt with.
8/10
Being near the airport was convenient, and the room was tidy, clean, and reasonably priced. I had trouble when I asked to extend my stay, though. The receptionist abruptly said it wasn’t possible because of upcoming bookings. After we talked it through, I was allowed to extend, but the attitude felt unnecessarily rude. A bit more courtesy and professionalism would have made things smoother. The stay itself was comfortable, and I hope the customer service improves.
10/10
Nice location with easy access and good service. There’s a bar, restaurant, resort, and parking space.
10/10
Good value for a low budget, with friendly, helpful staff.
10/10
The location was convenient for the airport, just 7 km away, and the surroundings still felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with good attention to keeping it in shape. Facilities were adequate and well maintained, too. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, and ready to help with requests, which made the stay easy and comfortable. I didn’t mention dining specifically, though the amenities overall seemed up to standard. I had a pleasant stay at Edassery Village and would happily stay here again.
