Kalimpong Bungalow

The forest walk was a highlight, with an extraordinary variety of trees and greenery that made it feel special. Kalimpong Bungalow is surrounded by nature and has a peaceful, refreshing feel. The food was fresh, tasty, and homely. A perfect calm getaway for nature lovers. Highly recommended.

The local thalis and breakfast platter were great, and you could really taste the chef’s passion in the food. We spent two nights here, with Forest Walk and Jungle Gym activities on the property, a welcome break from everyday life. The location and ambience were lovely, and the staff were 10/10: polite, soft-spoken, and made us comfortable. Avishek the GM made sure everything was taken care of. It was a peaceful staycation, and we hope to return to Kalimpong Bungalow in the near future, with more improvements and additions.

We stayed at Kalimpong Bunglow for two nights, and the private Jungle Walk area was a special part of the experience. There’s also a jungle gym and archery practice zone on the property. The complimentary bonfire with tea made the evening memorable. The staff were great, especially Mr. Tapan Khawas, and the room service and food were excellent. Manager Mr. Abhishek looked after us throughout, arranging sightseeing cars, helping us book a taxi to the local market, and putting together an itinerary so everything went smoothly. A wonderful, memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The hosts were so warm and welcoming that I felt at home. The property was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with beautiful, serene hill views. It’s a lovely, well-maintained place for a relaxing visit to Kalimpong. I’d definitely recommend it.
