The rooms were comfortable and clean, and had everything I needed. Owner Hamza was very welcoming and kind, making sure guests felt at home. Manager Rahul also kept things running smoothly and gave great service. Their genuine care made the stay special, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel.
After booking through MMT a week ahead, we arrived to hear the owner say they'd forgotten to keep a room for us. It took an hour of arguing before he gave us a terrible room in another hotel, 5 km away from the city. I'd rather cancel a trip than risk staying here. This place is a scam.
Casablanca Wayanad home stay has a cool feel, with trees all around, and plenty of space inside the house. It suited our family and friends well. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on their bookings. Food delivery was available, though for food from good hotels we had to drive about 10 minutes.
The bathroom smelled, and the room wasn't cleaned. They hadn't even replaced the soiled bed sheets. It was a very bad experience, and I'd give zero stars if I could. I won't recommend this hotel.
For our first trip to Kerala, we were lucky to have such a friendly, helpful host. They let us check in early, answered our questions quickly, and gave us a comfortable place to stay. It was simply amazing. Hope to visit again soon.
