The staff were especially caring and friendly, and treated us with so much love. Service was excellent, and the food was tasty and satisfying. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time because Jungle Valley Resort has such a homely feel. It was a beautiful, memorable stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful, pleasant visit in Wayanad.

The property has lovely natural surroundings, but the stay fell short of what I'd expect from a 3-star resort. The room facilities were average at best, and the pool looked poorly maintained. Safety was the biggest issue: there were major cracks and damaged tiles around the swimming pool, which could cause an accident. We saw a friend fall and get hurt because of the poor flooring. The breakfast policy also seemed misleading. We were told it was unlimited, but when we asked for more servings, we were refused.

The mist over the mountains in the morning and the quiet poolside atmosphere made this feel like more than an ordinary stay. I left feeling genuinely at ease. Everyone on staff was welcoming, and the hospitality made the trip memorable.

We spent two days at Jungle Valley Resort and had a lovely time. Being surrounded by nature made it feel especially suited to a family stay. Sajan was so warm and welcoming, and we'd be happy to come back.
