The staff were so friendly and ready to help with a smile, and the food was delicious with excellent service. My stay at this hotel in Kalpetta, Wayanad, was relaxing. It’s surrounded by greenery and peaceful nature, in a perfect location. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wayanad.

Zubis inn is in a convenient spot for getting to Wayanad’s tourist locations, and it’s just 100 meters from the bus station and bike rentals. The staff were responsible and caring, and the service was excellent. After checkout, we could leave our luggage at Zubis inn while we roamed around. A very good hotel.

We had a very nice stay at Zubi's Inn. The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were cordial. Hot water was available from 4am to 11am and again from 4pm to 11pm. If you arrived outside those hours, they arranged a heating coil. I’d recommend it to everyone.

We stayed four days, and the customer service was excellent. Mr. Sachin, the manager, was especially kind and always welcomed us warmly with a smile, so we felt comfortable. This is a very good budget-friendly hotel, hard to find elsewhere in wayanad. It’s right in the city center, making it easy to get to tourist places, and there’s a restaurant next door that conveniently delivers food to the room. The room had a digital locker for valuables, which felt secure, as well as a high-tech motion sensor. Great value and top-notch service. Our sincere thanks to Mr Sachin.
