The Pearl Hotel

We booked over 15 rooms for guests attending a marriage party. The location was okay, amenities were provided, and cleanliness was okay, but the rooms were small and misleadingly cramped, with very little space. The worst part was the poor treatment from the receptionists. Their communication was extremely poor, and they acted entitled with all the guests. They don't know how to speak to people. People might not return because of their behavior, especially after we'd paid so much and received so little basic courtesy or service.

The front desk and housekeeping teams made my stay easy and comfortable, and the service throughout was friendly and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles as soon as I arrived. I felt at home right away. My room at Pearl Hotel was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with fresh linens, a very comfortable bed, good bathroom amenities, and modern interiors that felt both elegant and cozy. The in-house restaurant had a wide range of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, and the staff were prompt and attentive. The location is close to the main city area while still feeling peaceful and away from the noise. It suited a business trip, a leisure trip, or a short getaway. Pearl Hotel was elegant and classy, with great service. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of treating guests respectfully and assisting them politely, the behavior at reception was disrespectful. That's not the standard I'd expect from hotel staff.

We booked 4 rooms. The location was good, and the rooms were fine, but they weren't up to the standard of a 3 star hotel and lacked maintenance. Service was very poor. You have to ask for everything, even tea bags and water. They also don't have the facilities or manpower. They charged me an extra 560 for a stay, but you don't get a bed. They say they don't have a policy to accommodate 4 people, but for money they'll only let you breathe. For a day, they provided just one small bottle of water and one pouch each of sugar, tea, and milk. I've never heard of a 3 star hotel being this cheap!
